Gene at Optimum Painting was a pleasure to work with. He was great at providing guidance on the design of our basement finish as well as the modifications to the main floor.

He did a good job of estimating costs and left nothing to chance. He provided a detailed estimate that gave a clear picture of what we were facing.

The work performed was very very good. The crew were prompt and very conscientious of leaving a clean work space every evening that they left the site.

The painters completed the entire house with a custom color and were very meticulous in their work.

I was very impressed that at each city inspection Gene was always on site and was able to walk the inspectors through each step and that the inspectors always complimented the crew on their work.

The project was finished on time and any post construction service items were addressed very quickly. The new basement is beautiful and the main floor revisions came out just as I had envisioned.

We hired Optimum Painting Solutions to paint the exterior of our house. They didn’t know they signed up for a challenge. We chose to go with white with a black trim, which shows every little mistake, and my wife and I both have a pretty good case of OCD. Fortunately for us, Gene and Sean have a touch of it as well, so things turned out great and they even added a few nice details that we didn’t even think of.

In addition to painting we needed to replace some trim and siding which all came out great as well. Needless to say we’re very happy with all the work they did and the price was great too! The crew was very friendly and easy to work with.
